Our house
Casa Macarena brings together characteristic elements of modern domestic space that gave identity and high architectural qualities to Bogotá; Brick, wood, concrete, metal, a mix between artisanal and industrialized construction methods, and sensorial qualities of form, matter and space. It is a project which aspires to effect a memorable poetic experience of domesti-city.

“Casa Macarena” is a matchless option for you to make of Bogotá your home and urban sanctuary for a variety of reasons:
Spaces:
The building’s eight dwelling units offer diverse options in terms of built area, architectural qualities, and budgets. From small scale intimacy, corners, and interior gardens to generous lofty high spaces opening wide to the urban landscape.
Location:
The small enchanting La Macarena neighborhood contains the highest and most diverse culinary offer in the city, beginning with the mosaic of typical Colombian food at Plaza de Mercado de la Perseverancia (just steps away from our building) and continuing with the best Latin American, and contemporary fusion cuisine. La macarena is also an artistic hub, with the most renowned, and also emerging galleries.

Urban Connectivity:
Perched atop downtown and neighbouring the hills and perimeter highway from La Macarena one equidistantly radiates toward the city’s most significant points of attraction:
La Candelaria fundacional with its streets, plazas, churches and museums, Del Oro, Colección Botero, Banco de la República; the International Center with museums, Nacional and Arte Moderno (MAMBO), all in walkable distance. Towards Bogota’s north multiple attractions also await you; including Zona G, T, and Parque de la 93, a few minutes drive.
