Reservation and payment

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11am.

Identification document (passport or cc.)
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in: full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Only on approval on our part; you will have to send documentation to register the newperson at least 24 hours before check-in.
Stay
All lofts have a minimum stay of 2 nights, Loft 6 has a maximum stay of 1 month (31 days) all other lofts do not have a limit of maximum stay.
Normative
Yes, as long as occupancy is not over the limit and all visitors will need to register with their ID when entering.
Pets are not allowed.
Notify the host as soon as possible; the host will evaluate the circumstances and cost if appropriate, depending on the damage there will be a fee charged to the registered guest.
No, kids under 12 years of age are not allowed. This is because our lofts are designed with open space concepts that include details in the design that are minimalist.
The building is a non-smoking area. No smoking that includes vaping, e-cigarettes. Drinking is allowed inside the lofts as long as it does not disturb other guests.
Yes, you can use the reception area and there is a co-working space upon availability.
From 9pm to 6am.
Location
When the reservation is done we will send the exact location, we are located in La Macarena, downtown, near Centro Internacional in Bogotá.
Transportation can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us via email to make arrangements.
Services and facilities
Yes, for longer stays an optional cleaning service can be provided (available at an additional cost).
No, no parties allowed.
Depends on the loft; some of the lofts have assigned parking spaces; check on the page of the specific loft.
Yes, all of our lofts have Wifi.
No, the building does not have an elevator. All units are accessible by stairs at second floor level except two accessible from the third and fourth floor, respectively.
